YouMemo is a little free software application that lets you create notes, record reminders, and sort your ideas for the day. It can also create calendars for you and sync to your computer for you. What makes YouMemo free is that it requires no charge to download, with no cost to download the program or open it. However, you can use it for a limited time to try it out before deciding if you want to pay for it.
YouMemo is available both online and through email (you can download a trial version of the software at no cost). There are other applications like Microsoft Publisher, which does the same thing and is similar in some ways to YouMemo. Both programs are similar, in that they allow you to create, arrange, edit, and synchronize various documents to your computer. They are also similar in that both programs let you sort, search, and organize your files and make copies. YouMemo has a few extra features that Microsoft Publisher does not have though, such as its "Another Note" feature which allows you to sort your memos and then print out the ones you wish to keep.
Another feature YouMemo has that Microsoft Publisher does not have to do with the Calendar too, is its "Notes". This feature lets you organize your note by date, by theme, by author, etc. Most of the time when I need to organize a bunch of documents or photos, I will use this feature to be able to look back and review the images I had saved at a particular time.
